Get information on active trading currencies and countries

Retrieves information on active trading currencies and countries.
The filtering must be performed based in pairs currency/country.

• To filter by source currency, provide a 3 character SourceCurrency and a 2 character SourceCountry It is mandatory to inform both. The output is a list of active destination countries and its corresponding currencies reachable from sending side.
• To filter by target currency, provide a 3 character TargetCurrency and a 2 character TargetCountry It is mandatory to inform both. The output is a list of active sending side countries and its corresponding currencies able to reach the given target country and currency
• Do not inform any filter to retrieve the full list of reachable countries and currencies from the full list of sending side countries and currencies
